No. You can contact us with an initial enquiry. Explain what you want to achieve and what you already know. Photos or a simple sketch help during the first discussion.
03What information helps with a quote request?+
A description of the work, project location, preferred timing and photos of the situation. Add available drawings, dimensions and material information if you have them.
04Can I send photos and technical drawings?+
Yes. You can add photos, PDFs and suitable technical files. Requests support up to eight files, a maximum of 5 MB each and 10 MB in total.

No. Your files are sent to Vanzier as actual email attachments. They are not added to public project photography or retained in a website file archive.
06Can you modify an existing installation?+
Repairs, modifications and extensions are part of our services. Technical possibilities are assessed based on the actual situation.
07Do you have experience in the food industry?+
The original company website states around twenty years of experience in the food industry. The project galleries show installations completed in that environment.
08What does the VCA reference on the website mean?+
According to company information, employees hold VCA certificates. This refers to employees and does not claim a specific company certification level.
09Will I get a fixed price online straight away?+
No. The guide helps clarify your enquiry. A quote requires agreement on the work, technical requirements, material, location and execution.
10How soon can the work start?+
This is discussed for each project. State your preferred timing in the request or contact us directly. The website does not guarantee availability or an emergency response time.
11Is the sketch tool a technical production drawing?+
No. The sketch tool creates an indicative visual for the initial discussion. It does not establish structural safety, pressure resistance or technical suitability.

Once accepted by the email service, your reference appears on the website. General enquiries go to info@vanzier.be and quote requests with attachments to offerte@vanzier.be. You do not receive an automatic confirmation email. Please keep your reference.
