What information?
Your name, company, email address, optional phone number, project location, situation, work required, description and preferred timing. If added: photos, technical files, sketches, dimensions and preparation checklist.
Processing by email
General enquiries are sent to info@vanzier.be. Quote and project requests go to offerte@vanzier.be, with your files as actual email attachments. We use Resend with a verified Rapid Framez sender address. The website processes requests and files temporarily during sending and creates no separate request or file archive. The sending service and receiving mailbox process and retain emails according to their settings and the necessary handling of your enquiry. No download links or management accounts are created.
Forms and tools
Choices and entered information remain in the open website’s memory while you navigate. No long-term browser storage of form data is created. Reloading or closing the website may erase unsent information.
PDF project brief and sketch
The PDF project brief is generated on request. Data is processed for this purpose without retaining the PDF separately. A downloaded sketch stays on your device unless you attach it to a request. Include only relevant project information you are authorised to share.
Usage statistics
The website counts only daily totals for page groups viewed, contact buttons and steps in project tools. No visitor profiles, unique user codes, IP addresses or form content are stored for this purpose. These figures do not count unique visitors and contain no form content.
Inspection video via YouTube
The inspection video loads through YouTube (Google) only after consent for external media and a click on play. The “Allow YouTube and play video” button explains this beforehand and combines both actions. Until then, the website shows a local preview image. Once loaded, Google receives your IP address and technical playback data, among other information, and may use cookies or similar storage. The player’s privacy-enhanced mode does not fully prevent this processing.

Submission confirmation
After acceptance by the email service, the website displays a reference. This is not proof that the recipient has read the email. You do not receive an automatic confirmation email. If an error occurs, your information and files remain available while the form stays open. A temporary technical submission code prevents duplicate emails on retries. Communication about ongoing projects uses project@vanzier.be.
Your rights and data retention
For access, correction, deletion or a question about retention periods, email info@vanzier.be. Vermeld waar mogelijk de referentie. Vanzier beoordeelt uw verzoek en eventuele noodzakelijke bewaring voor de behandeling van uw project of administratieve verplichtingen.
Cookies and preferences
Your language choice is remembered separately until you change it or clear browser data. This functional preference contains only the language code.
We store your external media choice with the date, expiry date and policy version for six calendar months in local browser storage on our own domain. This necessary preference contains no unique visitor number. The application uses no first-party advertising cookies or external analytics trackers.
